You can knot it in the back or the front. That way it is not too tight or too loose-
I wear mine down on my forehead a bit and over my ears. Regular headbands tend to scoot their way off my head or give me headaches. Because it ties, I can fit it to my head and this doesn't happen!
We hand cut and sew these headbands one at a time.
