  • Fulfillment Policy 

    At Seams by Sarah, we ensure that the products we sell are satisfactory. Customer satisfaction is our utmost priority as we take all feedback about the products we sell very seriously. This Fulfillment Policy (the “Policy”) informs you about our delivery policy and the rules and guidelines relating to the refunds for products purchased from our Company. Please read this Policy carefully to understand your rights and understand the requirements for the refund. Our products are billed in U.S. Dollars.

  • Delivery Policy 

    At Seams by Sarah, we strive to process and fulfill customer’s orders within 5 business days of the original order date. We do our best to review and validate shipping addresses, however it is the responsibility of the customer to provided the correct shipping address. Failure to supply the correct address may result in additional shipping cost in the event of an undeliverable package.

  • Cancellation Policy We cannot guarantee an order can be canceled once it’s been placed. Often our processing and shipping can happen within minutes of an order being placed. If you have placed an order my mistake, or need to cancel you order, please Contact Us as soon as possible. We will do our best to work with you to remedy your concerns.  

  • Returns As a general rule, all sales are final. Since we are a small operation, we currently do not offer refunds or exchanges. Please read the item descriptions carefully and feel free to ask any questions before making a purchase. If you encounter an issue with your order, please Contact Us, and we will address it on a case-by-case basis

  • Holds We do not offer item holds. Asking questions about an item does not reserve it, and adding items to your shopping cart does not secure them either. Please be aware that someone else may purchase the item while you're inquiring about it.
